Primary selection criteria for this portfolio are: Stocks based in California, greater than $750 million in market capitalization, experiencing accelerating growth or restoration of previous growth rates, and exhibiting favorable institutional buying patterns.

Portfolio turnover: 0.5-0.75x per year
Average market capitalization: $6.8 billion
